"Like many of us in Sweden, I take my winter vacation in the ‘warm‘ East, while in India i studied meditation and ayurvedic yogamassage. Through practicing ayurvedic yogamassage, it was a natural outcome to simply dance as I often did as a teenager. Out of this love for dance, I became a 5Rhyhms Dance Teacher. I can offer you a whole package of rejuvenating, healthy and fun activities for your event or trip. I offer individual sessions as well as group sessions."

 Ayurvedic Yogamassage

Ayurvedic Yogamassage is based on the Indian holistic healing system of Ayurveda and Yoga since 5000 years.

In this massage, hands and feet are used in a combination of strokes and assisted yoga stretches.

A special herbal powder and sesame oil is used on the skin to stimulate blood circulation and help release toxins.
